So I was at work this morning talking with one of my coworkers, Michele, and we were talking about random fitness facts and how bad plastic bottles are for you yadda yadda yadda...and she told me that JILIAN MICHAELS has a radio show!! Rad! So I started listening to it this morning and it is quality radio programming. She takes email questions and talks to people on the air about any fitness/diet/health question. This week she talked about National Bicycle Month and the benefits of riding a bike.
- It helps you loose weight... no brainer
- Saves a lot of $$$$ average American spends at least $9,000 a year on their car
- Decreased carbon foot print - hug a tree!
When you get a chance take a listen to her she really does a great job of explaining fitness myths to everyone and is very entertaining.
